Refund policy

Please notify if you wish to return items on receipt of goods and I will forward return details to you.  Please send them back fully insured in the same gift or jewellery box sent out in.  Please notify me within 14 days of receipt if you would like to return the item and as long as the goods are in the original condition a full refund will be given.  Items that have been customised or made for you cannot be returned. There is a small restocking fee to cover the Shopify costs of 5% of the goods.
